We needed window well covers at our son’s residence to increase security and to divert rain water. We happily settled on Windows Well Covered after checking with other local companies. I like that this is a local company and that the covers are made in the Springs. The care we received from the first contact is evidence that they put customers first. I had some time constraints, and Brian worked graciously to get the window covers installed in the time we needed. We’ve had rain several times since the covers were installed and they have blocked the rain. I wanted to test how easy it was to get out of the basement through the windows, and after climbing out of the window, I removed the pins on the cover and easily lifted the cover. The covers provide security when in place, and are easily removed when necessary. Plus, the covers are attractive. The covers were custom built to fit my window wells and the manufacturing process was completed in the promised time frame. The install team were efficient and professional. Working with Windows Well Covered in Colorado Springs was a wonderful experience we will not forget. I was looking for a fine product that would keep water from heavy rains and snow out of our Window Well. Water gathering there was seeping into our  basement bedroom potentially causing heavy losses. After talking to the owner of the Window Well Covering company we suspected the product was what we were looking for. It was made from only the highest quality longest-lasting materials, was sloped to allow water to run on to the ground away from the house, and was measured to exactly fit our window well. The covering was made from an unbreakable clear polycarbonate material which was locked into place from inside the window well. In case we had to exit from the room in case of fire we had quick release locks guaranteeing an immediate safe exit.
