We couldn't be happier with our experience with Windows Well Covered. Jason was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. The pricing was transparent and the covers were custom-made to fit our old and uniquely shaped window wells perfectly. What really stood out was Jason's thoughtfulness—he fit us into his schedule even though we're just outside his normal service area and coordinated the installation around our daughter's nap time. It's rare to find that level of customer service these days. We highly recommend Windows Well Covered!

We had a fantastic experience working with Windows Well Covered from start to finish. Garrett, the owner, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and make sure we felt confident in our decisions.

The quality of the product exceeded our expectations, and the finished result looks amazing in our home. The entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with, making the experience seamless from consultation to installation.

If you’re looking for high-quality window coverings and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Garrett and his team. We couldn’t be happier with the service, the product, and the overall experience.

Who knew that upgrading our window wells would completely transform our space? We recently had ours replaced, and working with the owner, Garrett, was a fantastic experience. From the moment he provided the quote, I could tell I was dealing with an honest and hard working professional. The pricing was excellent, and the workmanship simply amazing. I highly recommend Window Wells Covered. And, I highly recommend replacing the old covers with new ones. It will transform your outdoor space as well as provide safety at so many levels.

Professional and quick install. The clear polycarbonate and aluminum bars appear sturdy, holding adequate weight after testing with over 300lb. Would recommend.
