Windows Well Covered Lifetime Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty – Windows Well Covered (legal name Colorado Window Well Supply LLC), warrants each Windows Well Covered™ customized window well cover (“cover”) to be free from defect in material and workmanship and will remedy any such defect according to the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Windows Well Covered will repair – or at its option replace at no charge – any workmanship or structural defect of the cover the entire time the original purchaser owns the property for the specific window well for which the cover was designed. Each cover is uniquely designed for a specific window well.

Installing new window wells or moving your cover to a different window well for which the cover was not designed invalidates this warranty and abdicates Windows Well Covered of any responsibility or promise implied by the sale of the original product.

To make a request or claim for service under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, the original purchaser must contact Windows Well Covered. Lifetime is here within defined as “the entire time the original purchaser owns the property for the specific window well for which the cover was designed.”

This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall not apply if the cover has been damaged due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, accident, act of God, extreme weather, or as a result of service or modification by any entity other than Windows Well Covered. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited to workmanship and structural design defects affecting the performance of the product and does not apply to damage from aesthetic wear-and-tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, discoloration, chips, etc.

THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. NO WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE RESPECTIVE WARRANTY PERIODS DESCRIBED ABOVE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

WINDOWS WELL COVERED SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS ARISING FROM THE USE OF A COVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
