What to know before our visit

We will arrive at your property sometime between the start and end time of your scheduled arrival window. (Approximately 4.5 hours)
No one needs to be home for the appointment. We just need access to your window wells without any pets being present.
You will receive an official quote within 24 hours of the measurement appointment. As soon as you sign the quote and make a deposit we will begin production on your custom covers and give you a guaranteed delivery date within 3 weeks of your deposit.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We ask that you inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment. Thank you for your help!

On our end, please be advised that all appointments for estimates and installations are subject to rescheduling due to the following circumstances:

Unfavorable Weather Conditions, including:
- Consistent precipitation (rain or snow)
- Temperatures below 20°F
- Wind gusts exceeding 30 mph
Unforeseen Circumstances: As a small family-operated business, unexpected issues such as vehicle breakdowns or illnesses within our limited team may affect our ability to fulfill appointment.
